Hinen Welcomes Australian Partners to Showcase Innovation and Strengthen Partnerships

2025.09.04

In early September, Hinen headquarters welcomed an Australian visiting group comprising representatives from the Smart Energy Council, Powow, and several key partners. The visit marked a significant step in strengthening cooperation between Hinen and its Australian energy partners.

Exploring Hinen’s Showroom

The visit began in Hinen’s showroom, where the product and marketing teams walked the guests through the company’s global strategy, technology roadmap, and evolving product lineup.

The A Series All-in-one RESS — Hinen’s newest flagship — quickly became one of the highlights of the tour. It combines a high level of integration with a compact, efficient architecture. Its seamless backup capability enables instant switchover during grid outages, ensuring continuous power for the home. With power ratings designed for whole-home coverage and flexible, expandable capacity options, it can be tailored to match the unique energy needs of any household.

Now CEC-listed and preparing for its launch in Australia, the A Series attracted strong interest and positive feedback from the visiting partners.

Product and Technology Briefing Meeting

To further strengthen collaboration, Hinen held a dedicated product and technology briefing meeting with the Australian delegation. Discussions focused on product localization, alignment with Australia’s energy landscape and market needs, and the framework for long-term partnership.

Manufacturing Base and R&D Center Tour

At Hinen’s Dongguan manufacturing base, the visiting group toured the cell, SMT, and battery pack assembly lines. They saw firsthand how automation drives Hinen’s production processes — from SMT machines with high-precision vision systems that place components with millisecond accuracy to robotic arms assembling battery packs with speed and consistency.

The group also visited Hinen’s ESS R&D Center — the core innovation hub for the company’s products. Here, each storage system undergoes a full development cycle, from concept and technology verification to prototyping and multi-layer testing.

The laboratory has earned dual authoritative certifications from SGS and TÜV Nord as a witness laboratory, embedding high standards throughout the entire R&D process and empowering energy-storage innovation with strong technical credentials.

Visiting Hinen’s Vietnam Production Base

After completing their visit in China, the guests continued to Vietnam to tour Hinen Group’s local production base. Since its establishment in 2008, the Vietnam facility has served as a core pillar of Hinen’s global growth. The group visited the SMT, injection molding, and wire-processing workshops, witnessing firsthand Hinen’s commitment to precision and reliability at every stage of production. With SMT capacity reaching 3.7 million pieces per month, the factory delivers high efficiency, stable output, and strong supply-chain resilience.

In the near future, Hinen will build on this visit to further strengthen its presence in the Australian market. By tailoring its products and services to local needs, the company will collaborate closely with Australian energy partners to drive innovation and help shape a cleaner, more efficient, and more sustainable energy future.
